This will be brief, yet potent. Excellent food and service; nice atmosphere. Order the "special" salsa for your chips. Margs were huge and had a good kick; Pollo Mi Pueblo was tasty, spicy and a nice sized portion. Sopapillas were exquisite; a new fave in West Memphis!

Got my order wrong. Suggested a cheese enchilada which was a flour tortilla with some white cheese melted over the top and filled with grilled onions. Bad. Husband ordered fried ice cream which was just a scope of ice cream in a fried tortilla shell. Ice cream was not fried. Terrible experience.

This particular location is ok compared to others in this Chain. The staff are very friendly and accommodating when my Fiance' practices his Spanish with them. The menu is large but I have singled out the Chili's Verde and Fajita's as favorites. The Lunch menu is extremely reasonable for the amount of Food you receive. Sometimes the Kitchen is a little inconsistent, depends on who is manning the stove I guess. All and all good food, good drinks, great prices.

Good chips. Good prices. Large portions. Service was a little slow and the food was a little slow coming out. We had the Jalisco fajitas. The beans were lukewarm but the fajitas were so good they were worth the wait.

Even though West Memphis gets a bad rep and rap and I don't necessarily like the area - sorry West Memphians- this place is pretty cool. The service is good, ambiance is cool and the drinks aren't bad either. The food is fresh and the regular drinks come out in HUGE glasses/cups. Now if only they did the same with the margaritas and Mojitos. Give it a go!!'

If I could give this 0 stars I would. So my father and I are passing through Arkansas and we get hungry, mi pueblo is right off the interstate so we decide to go. I don't know if we picked the wrong time to go but our time was pretty terrible. We walk in and were completely ignored by at least 3 staff members and the manager. I then try to talk to the manager to tell him it will be 2 in our party and he tells me to hold on a minute.. I wait. Then he rushes us to a booth that hasn't even been wiped off. He proceeds to call a busser to wipe off the table and were seated. The manager gets us drinks and cheese dip off the bat but then runs away. Were seated for 20 minutes before I get the attention of a busy server. I ask if we had a waiter and he said uhh idk let me check. Wait 5 minutes and he comes back and asks us what we want to eat. We order and as I'm still sitting here we have waited for 50 minutes. We tell the waiter we want the check for the chips and we can't wait any longer. He blames the big party that is here also. In my experience as a server in the restaurant business, you don't let a big party ruin little parties. And to top it off I had to chase the manager down he said your "food is coming! " With an attitude I said forget it we're leaving he said "ok goodbye thank you. "Without even looking at me. We're not ever coming back.

I came here for a conference for work. It is ver clean and has good food(the queso wasn't the best). We had an hour for lunch. It took 15 minutes before they took our order. My food was delivered before my friends was but it was wrong, so they sent it back. When it came back something else was wrong. We didn't have time for them to make it a third time. They tried to offer 15% off all year but we said we were for out of state. We talked to the manager who was reluctant to give us anything. He ended up taking it off our ticket. Waitress was very nice and apologetic.

Good Mexican food with very good service. The "gringo salsa" is for gringo's, ask for the real salsa. Their carnitas tacos are my favorite, though not on the menu. Geraldo is the "Jefe" (boss, Manager) and a very nice guy. They have live music some nights and outdoor seating available.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
